Senior Media Buyer / Digital Campaign Manager

Description:

Your primary objective are to discover emerging opportunities in the digital space, determine the best advertising channels/platforms for particular products and services; set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns with maximum ROI as the goal while exceeding client quality metrics. Experience in affiliate marketing is a huge plus. Basic experience with graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Fireworks is great to have, as you will likely help design display ad creatives and other assets. An understanding of HTML, CSS, web analytics, and conversion tracking is essential. You don’t need to be a rock star with writing code, but you need to be able to be able to perform some basic HTML and CSS tweaks without wanting to cry. Mostly we need a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that can identify and capitalize on opportunities, be willing to take calculated risks, and think for themselves with minimal supervision (note: you will have the ability to work remotely). Oh yeah, and you need to be a top-notch communicator that can (and will) keep the rest of the team in the loop with progress and status without having to be nagged.
